Measure C $50 Million Housing Bond Survey

This Tuesday 6/5, Emeryville residents will be asked to pass a $50 Million Housing bond to support affordable housing projects and prevent displacement. The Measure will cost a typical homeowner in the neighborhood of $200 per year and $5,000 over the 27 year repayment term. Impacts on rents have not been studied. We're looking to spotlight a few perspectives on this for a column titled "Resident E'ville." We'd appreciate your insights!
